Cellar Paris: Service upgrade might increase requests latencies

We are currently in the process of upgrading our Cellar Paris service. During this upgrade, customers might experience increased requests latencies when we restart certain components. No service interruption is to be expected. The upgrade should take place throughout the week starting on Monday 13/01/2025 around 09:00 UTC . We will update this maintenance once it is over or if anything comes up.

Access Logs Metrics storage layer issue

The monitoring has detected that the metrics storage layer is offline. We are investagating.

EDIT 13:56 UTC : A node has crashed, the metrics storage layer finished its recovery process, it will take 20 minutes to consume the lag.

EDIT 14:22 UTC : Lag has been consumed and metrics storage layer has been operating normally
